The National Islamic Sisters Association (NISA), the Women’s Arm of the GIT, continues to play a pivotal role in providing education, skills training and moral & spiritual guidance to Muslim women, children and families.

NISA’s contribution to the GIT social reform agenda is invaluable.  Annually, our sisters implement a full schedule of educational and social programs for women and children countrywide.

Additionally, our sisters are very active in the national Dawah efforts of the GIT, which includes sitting on national boards and committees and representing Muslim women issues in the wider society.
